RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange (only for standard sizes) and if applicable offer you store credits for shopping further on the website, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging & tag. We do not offer returns facility for any of the customized pieces.

REFUND & PROMOTIONS

You are only eligible for a refund if you cancel the order within 30mins, Post that you won’t receive a refund, instead your Buknot account will be credited with store credit points, which you can utilize to shop for various stuff on the website.
